Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality at chilling centers, including raw milk quality and cleanliness

• Implement quality control measures and suggest process improvements

• Conduct inspections, audits, and training on hygiene and equipment usage

• Maintain records of quality control and initiate corrective actions

• Analyze milk collection processes and ensure regulatory compliance

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by authority

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s in Dairy Science, Chemistry, or Food Science with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 2nd division/class.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years in a relevant field
